Do the funds expire?
No. Your Beauty Bank balance never expires.
Is there a contract?
There is a 6-month minimum term. After that, it's month-to-month with just a 4 week notice to cancel.
How is this different from the regular loyalty program?
All guests earn standard points, but only Beauty Bank Members receive 2% back on every dollar spent above your beauty bank on injectable and skin services, helping you earn rewards even faster. Also, Beauty Bank members earn $20 during their birthday month, member-only specials and access to events, and the flexibility to use your Beauty Bank benefits at any Advanced MedAesthetic practice across the country.
What happens to my monthly payment?

Every dollar goes into your Beauty Bank and can be used on services or products at any time. Nothing is lost or forfeited.

Beauty Bank Membership Terms
  • Monthly payment is fully banked and redeemable at any time.
  • $49 new member sign-up fee (non-refundable, not included in fund).
  • 6-month initial commitment, then month-to-month renewal.
  • 4-week notice required to cancel after 6 month commitment.
  • Early cancellations require repayment of discounts received and one monthly fee.
  • Loyalty points redeemable on services only. Loyalty points cannot be earned or redeemed for: B12 shots, wellness visits, GLP-1-related visits.
  • All services purchased beyond Beauty Bank funds will earn 2% in Loyalty Points. The 2% in loyalty points will not be accrued on Beauty Bank redemption.
  • Beauty Bank discounts cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion, except manufacturer rewards. Not valid on prescription products.
Can I use my membership at any location?
Yes! Your Beauty Bank membership works across all 4 New Radiance Cosmetic Center locations:
  1. Boca Raton, FL
  2. Palm Beach Gardens, FL
  3. Port St. Lucie, FL
  4. Wellington, FL
What treatments can I use my Beauty Bank funds on?

Your Beauty Bank funds can be applied to injectable treatments, skin services, laser treatments, facials, and more. Your tier determines your discount level on each service category.

Can I change my tier later?

Yes. You can upgrade or adjust your tier at any time. Contact your local New Radiance Cosmetic Center location to make changes to your membership.

Is there a cancellation fee?

There is no cancellation fee*. You can cancel your Beauty Bank membership after your 6 month commitment. Any remaining balance in your Beauty Bank stays available to use. *Fees will apply if cancellation is made prior to 6 months.

Can I share my membership with a family member?

Beauty Bank memberships are individual and tied to one person. However, family members can each sign up for their own membership at any tier level.

How do I check my Beauty Bank balance?

You can check your Beauty Bank balance anytime by contacting your local New Radiance Cosmetic Center location. Your balance will also be reviewed at each visit before your treatment.
